We all want to do the right thing. As the Green Team has been researching compostable silverware and dinnerware, the impact of these products on the planet is not as straightforward as you might think. Would Styrofoam actually be better? We are grateful for all that our planet offers us; however, knowing what the right thing for our planet truly is can be complicated.
