OUR MISSION STATEMENT:

We, a caring liberal religious community, encourage spiritual growth and seek justice for all.

OUR GOVERNANCE BELIEFS:

We Use the Democratic Process Whereby:

• The Fellowship is governed by an elected nine-member Board of Trustees.
• A Member meeting is held in April each year to vote on major issues including: calling a minister; approving the budget; changing by-laws.
• Volunteers perform Fellowship work in Councils, Committees, Sub-Committees, and Work Groups. Members and Friends are encouraged to join these operating units and participate in performing our mission.
• We collaborate with other Unitarian Universalist congregations through the Florida UU District Office in Orlando.
• We are a member of the Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA) and participate in regional conferences and the annual UUA Conventions.
