This class is grounded in the UU 6th principle: Unitarian Universalist congregations affirm and promote seven Principles, which we hold as strong values and moral guides. Our 6th principle promotes: The right of conscience and the use of the democratic process within our congregations and in society at large.

The course is facilitated by Laura Matson, a life-long Unitarian Universalist with family roots in Social Justice and the Civil Rights Movement.
