Support Our Ministry

The UUFVB Ministry is funded by the generous contributions of members and friends. Each spring, members and friends make a “pledge,” a commitment to the Fellowship stating how much they will contribute for the upcoming fiscal year, which begins on July 1. Based on these pledges, the Fellowship plans its budget for staff, programs, and facility maintenance.

Members decide how much to pledge based on the role the Fellowship plays in their lives and their personal financial circumstances. Throughout the year, members and friends may adjust their pledge amount if their circumstances change. When new members join, they are invited to make an initial pledge for the remainder of the fiscal year.

All the activities described on this website are funded by these collective pledge dollars. While our facilities are mortgage-free, we have operational expenses to ensure our beautiful campus runs smoothly. By working and contributing together, members and friends provide the resources that sustain and enhance their UUFVB experience.
