Our annual meeting will  be held onSunday, April 9th, 2017 at 11:30am in the Sanctuary. Voter registration will begin at 11:00am at the doors to the Sanctuary main aisle. Please feel free to bring a lunch to enjoy during coffee hour.
Meeting agenda includes:
1. Reports from Ministries and Facilities Council (handouts)
2. Election of Board officers, Board Trustees and Nominating Committee for the 2017-18. (See reverse side of this letter for the slate.)
3. The Board requests the congregation grant a waiver of the by-laws to allow Trustee John Maher serve a third term. (67% majority required for by laws votes)
4. Adoption of Facilities and Ministries budgets for fiscal year, 2017-18
Usually only qualified voters physically present may vote at the annual meeting, however this year the Board will allow absentee voting. Anyone wishing an absentee ballot must contact Jean Panuto no later than April 3rd. Absentee ballots must be returned to the office by the morning of Friday April 7th so they may be tallied for the Sunday live meeting. I urge all members to attend and engage in our Fifth Principle—the use of the democratic process within our congregation.
