This is our 23rd year having an auction which is the Fund Raising Committee’s biggest event. In order for it to be successful members and friends have to be involved, First of all a completed Donation Form, which will be in the UU office or emailed to you, needs to be placed in Fund Raising Box 17. We are looking for items in the following categories: Art, Dinner, Food, Gift Certificate, Jewelry, Other, Ride, Service, Tickets, Vacation Home Use, $15 admission tickets, which covers the cost of food & wine, will be sold by Fellowship Hall after Sunday Services.
All items displayed in Fellowship Hall on auction night will be sold via a silent auction bidding sheet. Big ticket items will be sold later in the evening in the sanctuary by Live Auctioneer, Joe Calwell.
As part of the auction we will have a 50/50 Offering. One hundred $50 50/50 tickets will be sold which will result in $2,500 going to the Fellowship and the remaining awarded to:
$1,000 First Prize and three $500 prizes to ticket buyers.
